Privacy Policy

• What you type into Ray AI, the answers it gives, the options you tap, and whether you opened the scheduler.
• What you submit in a form: your name, email, phone number, business name and the details you provide about your business.
• What you enter when you book a meeting.

Ray AI chats are stored without your name unless you type it in or ask for your plan by email. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information into the chat.

• To answer your questions and recommend a service.
• To email you the plan or resources you asked for and to follow up on your inquiry.
• To schedule and prepare for meetings.
• To learn which questions come up most, so we can improve Ray AI, our services and our products.

All of it stays internal to The Ray Arceneaux Group for those purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They receive only what they need to do their job:

• OpenAI: generates Ray AI's answers from the question you type.
• OpenAI also runs the AI Visibility Score check. The business name, industry, city and website you enter are sent to it for a web search.
• Resend: delivers email.
• HubSpot: stores contact and inquiry records.
• Calendly: handles meeting scheduling.
• Replit: hosts the site and its database.
• YouTube and Google Fonts: serve the embedded video and the typefaces.

Calendly and YouTube may set their own cookies when you use the scheduler or play a video. Their privacy policies govern that.

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it does not set its own tracking cookies.

We keep chat records and inquiries for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email ray@rayarceneaux.org and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
