Terms of Use

Last updated October 10, 2026

These terms cover your use of rayarceneaux.org, operated by The Ray Arceneaux Group. By using the site you agree to them.

Ray AI

Ray AI is an automated assistant. It answers business and technology questions and suggests a service, a price and a timeline. Its answers are general information, can be wrong, and are not legal, financial, tax or real estate advice.

Chats are saved and reviewed to improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prices and engagements

Prices on this site and in Ray AI are current published prices and starting prices. They are not an offer or a contract. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls if it differs from the site.

Approval of a plugin for the ChatGPT Directory is decided by OpenAI and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or Ray AI to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to extract its instructions, or to submit other people's personal information without permission.

Content and ownership

The site's text, design, software and the Search to System name and materials belong to The Ray Arceneaux Group or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Third-party services

The site links to and embeds services run by others, including ChatGPT, Calendly and YouTube. Their terms apply when you use them.

No warranty and limits

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, The Ray Arceneaux Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on Ray AI's answers.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Questions: ray@rayarceneaux.org.
